Cancellation Policy

Please be aware before booking that appointments rescheduled, cancelled or not attended are charged at the full amount unless at least 24 hours notice is given from your allotted session / class time.
Cancellations must be made via a phone call or text message to your at One trainer or direct to the studio if cancelling a class. Cancelling via e-mail is not acceptable.

Studio and Building Usage Policy

The client understands that visits to the at One training studio are by appointment only and will need to be buzzed in on each visit.
By purchasing exercise sessions / classes it entitles the client to use the changing, showering and toilet facilities on the second floor and are expected to leave them as they would expect to find them.
Clients may have access to the communal kitchen area on the ground floor of the building before and after a pre-booked session / class on the understanding the area is left clean and tidy.

Health Screening

All clients must complete a PAR-Q (health questionnaire) before commencing an exercise programme.
Your trainer may require a letter of medical clearance from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this.

Lateness Policy

Clients are requested to arrive 5 minutes prior to their start time to allow the session / class to start on time.
Sessions / classes will last either 30, 45 or 60 minutes. However, if the client is late for session or class the appointment may not always be extended and will end at the appointed time at the full session / class rate.
If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session / class where possible or to a subsequent session / class.

Fee Charging Policy

Payment for a single session / class must be paid for prior to or on the day of your session / class.
Block bookings must be paid for up front but sessions / classes do not have to be booked in all at once.
All sessions / classes pre-paid in blocks must be taken / used within 6 months of purchase or sessions / classes will be lost.
All monies paid are non-refundable
Payments can be made via: Cash, Debit card, Credit Card or via cheque
Cheques must be made payable to: At One Training
